What it is

The ATHENA CLUTCH COVER GASKET, gaskets & seals. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This gasket seals the right-hand engine cover where the clutch assembly is housed. It is a consumable part that should be replaced whenever the cover is disturbed for plate inspection or oil changes. Heat and pressure cause the original material to compress, making it prone to leaks if reused. This part is a direct replacement for OEM cross-reference 3JM154511100. Check that the casing dowels are in good condition before fitting the new seal. Ensure the mating surfaces are perfectly flat and clean. Torque the casing bolts in stages to ensure the cover seats correctly.
