What it is

Athena clutch cover gasket to fit Kawasaki KDX200 (1989–1994); Kawasaki KX125F (1988); Kawasaki KX125G (1989); Kawasaki KX125H (1990–1991).

This seal is located on the right-hand side of the engine, sitting between the clutch cover and the main casing. It is vital for keeping the gearbox oil contained and preventing external contamination. Replace this part during every clutch plate or basket swap. It is a direct replacement for OEM cross-references 110091694, 110091814, and 110091939. Meticulously clean the mating surfaces before installation to ensure a perfect seal. Avoid using liquid sealants unless specified by the workshop manual. Tighten the casing bolts to the correct torque in a diagonal sequence to ensure an even seal.
