What it is

The ATHENA FORK OIL SEAL KIT MGR-RSA 40x49,5x7/9,5, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Athena fork oil seal kit for 40mm forks running the MGR-RSA profile. Two oil seals at 40 x 49.5 x 7/9.5mm, sized for the late-90s KTM big-single forks: Duke 620 and 620E, EGS 250, 300 and 620 LC4. The Duke 620 was the original KTM hooligan single, and the forks on that era of bike weep if you look at them funny. Replace seals in pairs. Drop the fork legs, pop the dust seals, lever the old oil seals out, and fit these with a proper seal driver to avoid nicking the lip. Refill with the correct weight fork oil to your service-manual height before you bolt the front end back together. Dust seals are not included in this kit, so order those separately if yours are split or hardened.
