This forged kit provides enhanced durability for 250cc two-stroke engines. The forging process creates a denser grain structure, making it more resistant to the stresses of hard enduro or motocross. It sits in the top-end and is essential for maintaining the power delivery of your bike. Replace this kit when compression begins to drop or at the hour limit. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Check the ring end gap in the cylinder before installation. Ensure the cylinder bore is clean and deglazed to allow the new rings to bed in correctly.
