What it is

The BLACKBIRD RACING DOUBLE GRIP 3 SEAT COVER BLUE/BLACK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This one is patterned for the YZ 450 F, and a 450 is where seat grip earns its keep. The Double Grip 3's textured top stops the bike leaving without you when the throttle opens, and the ribbed flanks give knee braces something to bite instead of tearing plain vinyl. Fit it over sound foam only. Work it on warm, front to back, and staple with the cover under even stretch. Expect it to outlast the cover it replaces.
