A seat cover earns its keep the first time the front lifts and you don't slide off the back. Blackbird's Double Grip 3 uses a ribbed, waved top with high-friction side panels, made to the KX 250 F and KX 450 F foam shape. It goes on tight if you work front to rear with even staple spacing, and the material shrugs off pressure washing and knee-brace wear. Sensible pairing with new foam on a rebuild, or straight over a sound original base.
