What it is

The BLACKBIRD RACING PYRAMID SEAT COVER ORANGE, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The Pyramid cover swaps a slick, split OEM skin for a heavily textured top that holds you in place when the SX 65 is pinned and your weight pitches forward. Cut to wrap the 65's narrow seat base, so the staple line follows the plastic and water stays out of the foam. A torn original lets damp in and the foam goes spongy within a season of UK winter riding. Fit it with a heavy-duty staple gun, working front to rear and pulling the wrinkles flat as you go. Orange top to match the bike's bodywork.
