What it is

Standard-height closed-cell foam for the Honda CR 125 R and CR 250 R pan, a straight replacement for the original block. It rebuilds the stock height and the firm feel that lets you weight the bike accurately. Old foam goes soft and waterlogged, and a spongy seat dulls every input through your legs. This stays dense under race use and keeps the water out. Strip the seat back to the plastic base, set the foam, then staple a fresh cover over it. Riding position stays exactly where Honda put it, so there's nothing to relearn.
