What it is

The DG3 uses ribbed traction strips across the top surface rather than an all-over texture, so the seat locks you in place under hard drive but still lets you move around the bike. This is the Yamaha cut, matched to the YZ 125, YZ 250 and their X and F stablemates. The ribs take the abuse from braces and boots that flattens plain vinyl in a season. A pneumatic stapler makes the job on the plastic pan far easier than a hand gun.
