What it is

The BLACKBIRD RACING SEATCVR TSC YZ 02-20 BLUE, seat covers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

One cover, most of the Yamaha off-road range: Blackbird cut this TSC for the YZ 125 and YZ 250 two-strokes, the YZ 250 F, and the WR 250 line across the 2002-2020 seat base. The gripper top holds you in place on hard drive out of corners, where a worn stock skin lets you slide rearward. Once the original splits, the foam soaks up water and gains weight, so re-covering early is the cheap fix. Staples on, front first, working the tension back to the rear.
