Standard-height foam for the 2023 YZ 450 F base, cut to factory profile. Run it when the seat has gone soft or worn a permanent dip under your usual riding position. Original foam breaks down with use and soaks up water at the wash, which kills the firm edge you push against under braking. This closed-cell block stays consistent front to back and sheds water instead of holding it. It fits your factory base directly. Strip the old cover and staples, lay a light coat of spray adhesive so the foam can't creep, then re-cover from the centre.
