What it is

The BOYESEN RAD VALVE CARBON FIBER, top end. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Upgrading to this valve assembly replaces the entire factory reed cage. The design features a seamless internal diverter to increase intake volume and speed. It uses carbon fibre petals to deliver a sharper throttle response than OEM parts. This unit is positioned between the carburettor and the engine intake. It is an essential modification for riders looking to improve bottom-end pull. Periodically inspect the reed tips for signs of fatigue or chipping to maintain peak performance. It provides a more linear power delivery for technical riding.
