What it is

Boyesen carbon fibre RAD valve to fit Kawasaki KX 85 17/14 (2001–2006); Kawasaki KX 85 I 17/14 (2007–2025); Kawasaki KX 85 II 19/16 (2007–2025); Kawasaki KX100 (2001–2021); Kawasaki KX112 (2022–2024); Suzuki RM100 (2003).

This complete intake system replaces the stock reed block. The aerodynamic internal surface increases air velocity into the crankcase. Carbon fibre petals provide a quicker response than standard fiberglass. It improves torque and throttle snap across the entire rev range. This unit sits between the carb and the cylinder. It is a bolt-on performance upgrade for serious racing. Check the petals for fraying during your top-end service intervals. It is designed to optimise the flow of the air-fuel mixture for maximum efficiency.
