What it is
The CYCRA Skid Plate - Black, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Bolts to the underside of the frame and engine cradle to take the hits the cases can't. Injection-moulded to follow the chassis line on the KTM and Husqvarna 450 four-strokes, so it sits flush rather than fouling the pipe or pegs. Rock strikes land on the plate, not your right case or the lower frame rails. Cut-out at the drain bolt means oil changes happen without pulling it off. Black, and worth fitting before the first rocky loop rather than after the first cracked case. Trail riding, hare and hounds, or a track day on a rough circuit.
