Blue skidplate for the 2018-on Yamaha YZ 450 F, and it fits the YZ 250 F on the same chassis. Shields the lower frame rails and engine cases from the rocks and logs that wreck a case on technical ground. Moulded plastic glides over obstacles where an alloy plate snags, and it kills some of the engine drone reflected back at you. Cut to clear the oil drain bolt and water pump, so servicing stays simple. Mounts on a rear hook and front bolts. Run it for hard enduro and rocky trail where case damage is a when, not an if.
