What it is

The CYCRA SPEED ARMOR SKID PLATE KAWASAKI GREEN, plastics & bodywork. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Slung under the KX 250 F to take rock and log strikes square on the chassis cradle and the bottom of the cases. A clipped frame rail or a punched case ends a moto on the spot. The plate spreads the load across the factory mounts and gives a flat face that skis over square edges instead of catching them. Profiled to the KX so it sits tight with no rattle at the cradle. Bolts to the standard points with the supplied hardware. Worth its weight the first time you ground out hard in the rocks.
