What it is

The CYCRA ULTRA PROBEND CRM REPLACEMENT ABRASION GUARD ORANGE, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The abrasion guard is the sacrificial strip on the outer edge of the ProBend CRM aluminium bar. In a slide or a drop it's what meets the rock first, keeping the metal off the ground and the bar straight. Hard enduro chews through these on technical ground, so treat them as a consumable and replace once the plastic has worn back to bare alloy. Fits the ProBend CRM range only, using the supplied hardware. A few minutes with an allen key and the front end is sorted again. Orange to suit an orange guard build.
