This Vortex pairs a deflector shell with universal U-clamps, mounting to the bar in minutes with no proprietary hardware. It takes the roost and trail strikes that otherwise land on your knuckles and lever, and keeps the master cylinder out of harm's way. The U-clamp gives clearance for brake lines and wiring where a flat strap would crowd them. After fitting, swing the bars to full lock each way and confirm the guard clears the tank and shroud. Replace it when the shell cracks or the clamp grip fades. A straightforward upgrade for any dirt bike cockpit.
