Vortex guards supplied with universal U-clamps, so they go straight onto a standard bar without hunting for a separate mount kit. They sit ahead of the controls to take roost and shield the master cylinders. The U-clamp shape carves out more room for hydraulic lines and wiring than a flat straight mount, which suits the crowded cockpit on a modern four-stroke. Fit takes a few minutes and the clamp lets you set the guard angle to taste. Replace them once the plastic turns brittle or the clamps stop biting. Set the clamp position so you keep full steering lock clear of the tank.
