These carbon-impregnated friction plates handle the high temperatures of race starts and heavy clutch use. They sit within the clutch basket to transfer power from the crank to the gearbox. Replace these when you notice slipping under load or if your oil smells burnt. Carbon linings offer better heat resistance than standard cork alternatives. Always soak new plates in fresh engine oil for at least four hours before installation. Check your steel plates for warping or blueing while the stack is out. This set matches OEM dimensions for a direct drop-in fitment on your bike.
