What it is

EBC DRC series complete cork clutch kit to fit Honda CRF250R (2008–2009); Honda CRF250RX (2019–2021); Honda CRF250X (2004–2018); Honda CRF250XRL (2015–2016); Red Moto CRF250RX (2019–2020).

This kit refreshes the entire clutch stack to restore drive. It includes cork-based friction plates, steel separators, and heavy-duty springs. Heat and friction eventually glaze the plates or weaken the springs, leading to power loss at the rear wheel. Replacing the full assembly ensures consistent engagement and prevents premature wear on the basket. Always soak the friction plates in fresh engine oil for several hours before assembly to prevent burning the material on your first start. Check your clutch cable or hydraulic system for correct adjustment once the new pack is installed.
