This full rebuild kit refreshes the entire clutch stack in one go. It contains cork-based friction plates, steel separator plates, and uprated springs. The steel plates feature a planished finish to aid oil retention and prevent the stack from dragging. Replacing the springs alongside the plates ensures the clamping force remains within spec. This is essential for hard enduro or MX where clutch abuse is constant. Always measure your old stack against these new components to confirm basket wear. Submerge the friction plates in oil before assembly to ensure immediate lubrication.
