This complete kit provides everything needed for a full clutch overhaul. It features paper-based friction plates, steel separators, and uprated springs. Paper friction material offers a smooth, progressive take-up suitable for technical trail riding or enduro. The kit restores the factory stack height and clamping force lost to heat and wear. Always inspect your clutch basket for grooving before fitting the new plates. Soak the friction plates in fresh oil for at least four hours prior to installation. This ensures the material is saturated and prevents immediate glazing during the first heat cycle.
