These cork-based friction plates provide a direct replacement for your worn OEM stack. They sit within the clutch basket to manage power transfer from the crank to the gearbox. Over time, heat and friction degrade the material, leading to slip under load. This kit restores the original bite and feel of your lever. Before installation, soak the plates in fresh gearbox oil for at least four hours to prevent glazing on the first start. Check your steel plates for warping or heat discolouration while the side case is off.
