Clutch springs are critical for maintaining pressure on your friction plates. Over time, heat cycles cause standard springs to fatigue and lose their free length. This results in clutch slip and power loss at high RPM. These coil springs use heat-treated carbon steel to resist fade under heavy race conditions. Replace them whenever you swap your friction plates or if you notice the lever feel getting soft. Always torque the pressure plate bolts in a criss-cross pattern to ensure even loading. This kit matches OEM specifications for a direct fitment in your clutch basket.
