What it is

EBC CSK series steel coil clutch spring kit to fit KTM EXC-R450 (2008); KTM EXC-R530 (2008); KTM EXC400 (2009–2011); KTM EXC450 (2009–2011); KTM EXC530 (2009–2011).

These heavy-duty coil springs provide increased clamping pressure on the clutch stack. They sit over the pressure plate bolts and prevent slip when the engine is under high load. OEM springs often fatigue and lose their free length over a season of racing. These steel replacements are typically fifteen percent stiffer than stock units. This extra tension ensures positive engagement and extends the life of your friction plates. Check your workshop manual for the correct torque settings on the spring bolts. Fitting these is a standard upgrade during any top-end or clutch service.
