Rear hub bearings take torque hits and constant chain-side grit. Pressure washing and creek crossings push water past the seals; once water gets in, the races pit fast. Spin the wheel off the bike — any rumble, lateral play, or notchy feel means the bearings are done. This Factory Links kit ships OEM-spec bearings and seals for the RM125 and RM250 rear hub. Drive the new bearings square against the inner spacer or you'll preload them and cook the kit in a couple of motos. Check wheel runout and disc-to-pad clearance before the bike comes off the stand.
