Yamaha WR and YZ hubs eat seals when the lip dries out and grit packs the bearing cavity. Swap the Factory Links seal pack the same time you press in fresh bearings — fitting old seals onto new bearings just kills them again. Check the grease before you tear down: milky means water past the lip, gritty means the seal lip is shot. Works across WR 250 F/R, WR 400/426/450 F, YZ 125/X, YZ 250/X and YZ 400/426/450 F. Pack the cavity, tap the seal square, mind the lip on the spacer chamfer.
