The MICHELIN STARX 5 MINI 2.50-12, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Fits 50cc mini-MX up front — MC 50, SX 50, TC 50 and the rest of the 2.50-12 club. Same StarCross 5 tread blocks scaled down, so your kid gets actual grip on medium going instead of the wooden OE rubber that came with the bike. Check rotation arrow on the sidewall before you torque the axle. Bin it when the knobs round off or the sidewall starts crazing — perished rubber on a 50 is a confidence-killer at the gate. Pair with a matching rear and run pressures to the kid's weight, not the adult chart.
