Carbon fibre skid plate for the YZ 250 FX and YZ 450 FX. Built for racing, where every gram and a stiff plate matter. The carbon is far lighter than alloy or plastic yet holds its shape under a direct hit, deflecting debris and saving the cases from casing-out. It sits tight to the engine so you keep ground clearance, and the cutouts leave the oil drain accessible for servicing. No drumming or resonance the way a metal plate rings. Replace it if the resin starts to delaminate or shows fracture lines after a heavy strike.
