What it is

Moose Offroad clutch cables to fit Kawasaki KLX400R (2003–2004); Kawasaki KLX400SR (2003–2004); Suzuki DR-Z400 (2000–2003); Suzuki DR-Z400E (2000–2007); Suzuki DR-Z400S (2000–2024); Suzuki DR-Z400SM (2005–2024).

One cable covering the Suzuki DR-Z 400 family and the Kawasaki KLX 400, including the S, E, SM and SR variants. It carries lever pull through to the clutch actuator, and once the inner wire starts to fray the action goes heavy and the bite point wanders. Cross-references OEM 04-0207, 54011-S003, 54011-S004, 58200-29F00 and 58200-29F10. Match the factory routing so the housing stays clear of the exhaust and turns freely at full lock. Fully seat the barrel ends in the perch and the cases, then set your free-play before the first ride.
