What it is

The Moose Offroad CLUTCH CABLES, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A direct fit for the KX 250 calling for OEM 54011-1389, running from the lever to the clutch actuator on the crankcase. Mud rides put grit inside the housing and the inner wire loses its glide, loading up the forearm on long motos. Swap it and the heavy pull disappears. Route the new line clear of the engine so heat doesn't cook the outer casing, and set lever free-play to the workshop figure for clean engagement. Worth keeping a spare in the toolbox before race day.
