Moose Offroad replacement clutch cover gasket to fit the Yamaha WR250, model years 1991–1997; Yamaha WR250Z, model years 1991–1997; and Yamaha YZ250, model years 1990–1998.

Sealing the right-hand side of your engine is critical for maintaining oil pressure and preventing contamination. This part sits between the outer cover and the main crankcase. You will need a fresh one every time you pull the casing to inspect plates or swap a basket. It serves as a direct replacement for OEM parts 3S9-15463-11-00, 3SP-15463-10-00, and 3SP-15463-11-00. Ensure both mating surfaces are completely clear of old material before installation. A dry fit is standard for these components. Keep a spare in your toolbox for trackside repairs.
