A full clutch overhaul kit containing friction plates, steel drive plates, and springs. These components sit in the clutch basket and transfer power from the engine to the gearbox. High-hour engines often suffer from clutch drag or slipping due to plate wear and spring heat-cycles. Replacing the complete set restores the original engagement characteristics of your bike. Always soak the friction plates in gearbox oil before fitting them to the basket. Inspect the clutch basket fingers for any notching that might cause the plates to hang up. Use new oil during the rebuild.
