What it is

The Moose Offroad COMPLETE CLUTCH KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This kit includes all necessary friction plates, steel drive plates, and springs for a complete clutch rebuild. These components sit inside the clutch basket to manage engine torque. Over time, the friction material thins and the steel plates can warp, leading to inconsistent performance. A full kit ensures that every part of the assembly is fresh and within tolerance. Soak the friction plates in oil before installation to ensure a proper break-in period. Inspect your clutch cable for fraying while the bike is on the stand. Proper stack height is critical for correct lever operation.
