The Moose Offroad Exhaust Gasket Kit, gaskets & seals. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Seal the exhaust port to prevent power-robbing leaks and popping on deceleration. This kit replaces the crushed or charred gaskets at the header-to-cylinder interface. These parts live in the hottest area of the bike and degrade with every ride. A leaking exhaust gasket messes with your jetting or EFI mapping by introducing air into the system. These are direct replacements for the OEM units. Swap them every time you remove the pipe for maintenance to ensure a gas-tight seal.
