What it is

The Moose Offroad F/L THROTTLE CABLE, PAIR, YAMAHA, cables. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A push-pull set for the 250 four-strokes — Yamaha YZ 250 F, YZ 250 FX, WR 250 F and the Fantic XEF/XXF 250. The opening wire works the throttle body, the closing wire forces the slide shut, which is what a four-stroke wants for a clean idle return. Cross-references OEM B7B-26302-00-00. Replace the pair if the twist feels notchy or the outer casing has split. Thread them through the factory guides, away from the radiators and frame. Test for a clean snap-back at full lock before the bike turns a wheel.
