What it is

The Moose Offroad FF SPRING SET 37MM 4.2, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The 4.2 kg/mm pairing in the 37mm range, a step up from the 4.0 set for the heavier or harder-charging Honda CR rider. If the front packs down and rides low through choppy braking bumps, the soft stock rate is the usual cause. A firmer spring holds the fork higher in the stroke and keeps it from blowing through on hard landings. Same 37mm stanchion fit. Pull the caps with a proper fork-cap tool to save the hardware, drop in fresh oil while the leg is open, and reset your sag once they're fitted.
