Designed for 46mm forks, this kit includes both the internal oil seals and the external dust wipers. These parts sit in the fork sliders and are responsible for keeping the damping circuit clean and sealed. Muddy UK conditions are tough on suspension, making these a frequent service item. When rebuilding, clean the circlip grooves and check the bushings for wear. If the stanchions have vertical scoring, they will need polishing to prevent the new seals from leaking immediately. Use a proper seal driver to ensure the oil seals are seated squarely in the bore for a reliable fix.
