Inner and outer bushings for the front fork. They ride between the stanchion and the slider, carrying side-load through every stroke. The Teflon coating wears thin long before the seal lets go, and that's when you start feeling chatter through the bars on small braking bumps. Swap them with every seal change. Fitment here spans four makes and runs from the air-cooled IT 200 and YZ 490 era right through to the KX 500 A–D and the big-bore road bikes (GSX 1100 G, ZR 1100, ZX-11) sharing the same fork architecture. Check your stanchions for scoring before you press the new bushes in. A torn coating on a fresh bush means the tube needs attention first.
