What it is

Moose Offroad fork bushing kit to fit Kawasaki KDX250 (1991–1994); Kawasaki KLX250 (1993–1995, 2018–2019); Kawasaki KLX250R (1993–1996); Kawasaki KLX250S (2006–2007, 2009–2015); Kawasaki KLX250SF (2009–2010); Kawasaki KLX300 (2021–2026); Kawasaki KLX300R (1997–2007, 2020–2024); Kawasaki KLX300SM (2021–2025); Kawasaki KLX650 (1993–1996); Kawasaki KLX650R (1993–1996).

Fork bushings are the slip surfaces inside the leg — the inner and outer tubes ride on these, not on each other. Once the Teflon-faced coating wears through to the bronze, the front end goes stiff off the top and gets vague mid-stroke. Always swap them with the seals. A new seal running on old, glazed bushings will weep again inside a season. Fits the Kawasaki KDX 250, KLX 250 (including R, S, SF), KLX 300 (R, SM) and KLX 650 (R) twin-chamber forks. Drive in flush with a split seal driver, no hammered screwdrivers.
