Fork bushing kit for the 48mm WP open-cartridge and AER air forks fitted across the Austrian platform — SX, SX-F, TC, FC, TE, FE, XC, XC-F and the Rally 690. Inner and outer Teflon-coated bushings ride between the stanchion and the outer tube, taking the side load while the seals just keep oil in. Once the coating glazes, you'll feel it as harsh top-stroke and a vague front end on off-camber. Swap them at every seal service. Slide-hammer the old ones out, drift the new set square with a proper bushing driver, and rebuild with fresh oil to spec.
