Inner and outer bushings for a full Yamaha KYB SSS fork rebuild. The Teflon coating on these is what your stanchions glide on through every stroke; once it wears through to bronze, you get stiction off the top, harsh small-bump response, and seals that weep within a few hours of riding. Service them at the same time you change seals and oil. Covers the wide YZ and WR-F range, two-strokes included. Inspect each stanchion for nicks before reassembly, slide the new bushings on with a proper KYB driver, and torque the cartridge to spec. Skip the hammer and a screwdriver.
