Inner and outer bushings for a CRF 250R Showa fork rebuild. They line the stanchion and slider, carrying the side-load while the cartridge does the damping. Once the PTFE coating wears through to the bronze, you get stiction off the top, chatter on braking bumps, and seals that weep within a few rides. Swap them every time you split the forks for new seals — never reuse old bushings with fresh seals. Inspect your stanchions for stone nicks before reassembly; one sharp edge will chew a new bushing on the first stroke. Use a proper bushing driver to seat the outer without burring the alloy slider.
