Fork bushings are the low-friction sleeves that ride between your stanchion and the inner fork tube. The Teflon coating wears thin with hours, and you feel it as stiction off the top of the stroke and weeping seals soon after. Pull the forks apart, drop the old bushings, fit the inner and outer pair from this kit, then put fresh seals and oil back on top. Honda CR125R and CR250R fitment, both showa cartridge eras. Check stanchions for nicks under a fingernail before you reassemble. Drive the bushings home with the proper seal driver, never a socket.
