Fork bushing kit covering the KX 450 family — KX 450, 450 F, 450 SR and 450 X — running 49mm Showa SFF-Air or coil-spring stanchions depending on year. Inner and outer Teflon-coated bushings, the wear pair that sets stiction and small-bump feel. Once the PTFE coating polishes through to copper, friction climbs and the seals start weeping shortly after. Standard fitment alongside fresh oil and seals at every full fork service. Slide them on with a proper bushing driver — no hammers, no screwdrivers. Inspect the stanchions for nicks under the seal head before reassembly.
