Fork bushing kit for the 85cc Austrian two-stroke platform — SX 85, TC 85, MC 85 in both 17/14 and 19/16 wheel sizes — plus the Freeride 250 F. Inner and outer Teflon-coated bushes that ride between the stanchion and the slider, carrying the side load while the oil does the damping. Once that coating goes glassy, you get stiction off the top of the stroke and seals start weeping a week later. Change them with every seal kit, not when they fail. Push the old ones out with a fork seal driver and seat the new pair square. Stanchions must be nick-free or you will scuff the bush on first stroke.
