Pull the legs, drop the old bushings off the inner tube, fit the new ones, slide the seals and wipers down on top, refill with your fork oil of choice and bleed. Plan it for every 30 hours of race time or 50 hours of trail riding, sooner if the wipers are weeping or the action's gone notchy on compression.
