What it is

The Moose Offroad FRONT FORK SPRING 2.6N, fork springs. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Fit these inside the fork tubes to control front-end stroke and sag on the 65. At 2.6 N/mm this is a soft rate, sized for a lighter rider on the minibike. On a 65 the rider's weight is a big chunk of the sprung load, so the rate you pick changes the feel of the bike more than it would on a full-size. Too soft and you'll bottom on jump faces and brake bumps. Too stiff and the front skips through ruts. Match it to kit-on weight. While the forks are apart, check oil height and look over the bushings for wear before you button it back up.
