The Moose Offroad FRONT FORK SPRING 2.8N, fork springs. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Step up from the 2.6N when your rider's gained weight or pace and the front's diving on braking bumps. The 2.8 holds the fork higher in the stroke, keeps geometry where you set it, and stops the bars tucking when they grab a fistful on entry. Fit them as a pair, never one side. Strip the legs, drain the old oil, check bush wear and the slider bores while you're in there. Set oil height to the manual figure for the rate, bleed the air, and torque the caps properly. Sag and rebound want a fresh setup after the swap.
